Hello i wanted to ask which gpu is better
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 6GB OC (2 cooler)
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 6GB Ventus XS OC(2 cooler

Practically identical. MSI is a little shorter which might come in handy.

Gigabyte asks for an 8-pin PCIe connector, MSI only asks for the 6-pin. Check your PSU for the appropriate cables.

What is your budget? While the MSI 1660 is around $200 the Gigabyte dual fan version is around $230 and for that price you can get the 1660 Super which performs pretty close to the 1660 ti.

As for the original question both will perform pretty much the same.
