R5 2600 is typically my choice because it has IPC improvement over 1600 and can OC to nearly the same as the 2600X.
will i need to use another cpu cooler or it will be ok with this one? and if it does can you recommend me one that is not that expensevi and good?

the coolers that come with them are fine for stock voltage. if you OC you should probably get a better cooler. but if i remember correctly, i saw a video showing that the stock coolers were indeed still effectively cooling the OC'd 2600. the cooler that comes with the 1600 is better than the one that comes with the 2600 also.

if you're going for 1080p 60fps gaming, the 1600 will be adequate for your needs. its only slightly less powerful than the 2600. if you're on a tight budget, i def recommend it, as it is currently the highest value cpu available right now. in most videos, the fps "gain" is totally indistinguishable from the 1600, when using the 2600.

what are your goals for this system? what fps/refresh rate are you going for? which gpu are you getting? are you going for maximum value for money? or maximum performance output for slightly less value?

You probably won't notice a difference no matter which of those you choose, but I would choose the most modern part that you can, so that is the 2600 or 2600x. Whether you buy the 2600 or 2600x is up to you and your budget.

Another idea is to buy 1600 now, and at some point in a year or so you can upgrade to the 3600, or whatever 3000 series you want.
