I currently have a gtx 750 with an i7 4770(non k) and my cousin is giving me his gtx 1660. my main games are Valorant and fortnite and i play all low settings on both games. For valorant, I run around 100-140 frames in a competitive match and in fortnite i run around 70-90 fps in games. I am wondering how much fps i would get in both games if i upgrade to the gtx 1660 and if this is a good upgrade that will last me a long time.

Also, im pretty sure that the gtx 1660 has an 8 pin adaptor but the gtx 750 has a 6 pin? Honestly im not too sure if i have enough slots or even more 2 more pins for it to work but if i dont, would i have to buy a new psu?

Let's put it this way... the GTX 1660 is almost FOUR TIMES as fast as your GTX 750 and you're being offered it for free.

Don't ask questions, JUST SAY YES!!!

Once you have it, then you can look at getting a new PSU if needed but we won't know if you need a new PSU or not until you tell us what you have.

So, what is the make and model of your current PSU?

im not sure i tried opening up my case but im too worried i will break my pc lol. my case is an ASUS AS G20AJ A1 so its complicated. but i did see the pins and there were only one thing that went into it and it used up the whole thing if that makes sense. so i dont think it has enough pins.

Take the card anyway and then see what you need to make it work. There's nothing better than free.
