Question 1660TI no signal..

Hi guys !

I got no signal on my monitor if I start my computer with my GPU but with the internal graphic card it works..

HDMI and DPort (GPU) doesnt show nothing anything (no signal on monitor)... My windows is freshly installed but doesnt help.. My computer have lastest drivers installed. I see my 1660Ti in devices panel. GForce experience see my GPU but Nvidia control panel cant be installed I dont no why...

Someone have an Idea about my issues ?

Cpu: I5 7600K
Mb: Asus Z170I
GPU: MSI 1660TI
PSU: Corsair SF600
RAM: Corsair Vengence 16GB
OS: Win10
