I know that this sounds very weird but can i put a 1660ti on i7 3770 & h61m?
Any bottleneck or other problems?
My case: mx330 with psu 500W 80+.

Solution
1) Yes, a 1660ti and 3770 can work in an H61m board, but you will need to have a newer bios revision in order to support 3rd generation Intel CPUs. If the motherboard does not have the correct bios, it will not boot with a 3770.

2)What is the exact make and model of your PSU?

3)Your case should fit most 1660ti cards, but that depends on the exact model of 1660ti.

4) You shouldn't have any CPU bottleneck issues, but that depends on many factors.
Yes, you can put the card, as the motherbaod has one 1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 slot for the GPU. ON what screen RESOLUTION are going to play games ? Bottleneck actually depends on quite a few factors, and the game being played as well. Though, I think you should be fine. Just make sure to update the system BIOS.

EDIT.
psu 500W 80+.

What's the make and model number of this PSU ?

The standard PSU that comes with mx330 case it's pretty good actually , I'm not going to do more than 720p for now , not going to do hard core gaming at the moment , won't be even focusing on gaming but just asking if it's safe for both processor and gpu
My motherboard is updated
And i don't get that PCle part what's the issue ?

Just make sure you have a full-size PCIe slot, which I'm almost sure you do. Also, make sure the PSU has appropriate PCIe connectors for the 1660ti.
I see thanks :)
