Question 1680x1050 forced to 16:9 aspect ratio

hello i have a weird situation, so my main game is cs go and i purchased a second hand monitor a couple of months ago that has 16:10 aspect ratio and 120 hz,recently i have been playing rainbow six siege and i noticed that there is an option for example lets you do 1920x1080 at 4;3 ratio which gives you that stretched,in my case i did 1680x1050 at 16:9 which is great and i love it is there anyway i can do it on my desktop and cs go and all games basically? sorry for the long post TL;DR : how can i get 1680x1050 to have 16;9 aspect ratio thank you .
