Question 16GB 3200Mhz CORSAIR LPX 2x8 Black vs 16GB KINGSTON 2666MHZ CL19 KVR ?

Hi friends, Wich is better? Obviously I know 3200 is better than 2666, but I don't know what other specs I should take into consideration? dissipation of heat, etc.? Are these Corsair ok? This would be for a Ryzen 5 3600 + Asus x570 Tuf Gaming Plus
