16gb ddr3 1600 cl10 vs 16gb ddr4 2133 cl12

Hey guys i'm building a new pc.

So i was wondering should i upgrade from ddr3 is it worth it. What performance will i gain/lose.

I currently have 16gb of ddr3 1600 cl10 ram. Should i keep it , or move to 16gb 2133 cl12 ddr4 ram.

There is a sale and its going for 50 euros. Usual price is 80.

So my options are keep ddr3 and go for i5 4460 / or get ddr4 and go for i5 6500.
