16gb DDR4 RAM: 2400 mhz CAS15 vs 2800mhz CAS17

Title says it all. I'm looking at 2 sets of 16gb (2 sticks of 8) DDR4 ram. One has a lower frequency but lower CAS latency, and the other has a higher frequency but higher CAS latency. They are within a few dollars of each other, so I'm wondering which one I should get for gaming purposes.

The 2800 will provide slightly better performance, more in multi tasking andwith memory centric or apps using large data sets.
