16GB installed only 2Gb is usable - Please Help

Hi all,
I recently bought a new HP Envy 15t-J100 laptop with a config of i7 4702MQ 2.2, 16GB 1600 Mhz (2 Gb usable, showing on system info), Geforce GT750M 4GB graphics cards, Win 8.1 64 bit.
This is the config. from today in my task manager and system info it showing like only 2GB is usable. 14 GB is Hardware Reserved -- What went wrong, please help me.

Try this:

Open "System Configuration". (Windows + R), type in "msconfig" and press OK.
Under "Boot" Tab click on "Advanced Options" and check "Maximum Memory" and select 16384.
Press OK and Apply.
Reboot.
