You can't operate 4 Dimms at 3000 MHZ. You have to get into the BIOS and...
What RAM do you have? We need the specific RAM model. When you are using all 4 dimms on a Ryzen system you have to lower the memory clock speed in order to avoid stability and compatibility issues.

Here is the Ryzen memory support:

Dual-Channel/Dual-Rank/Four - DIMM 1866
Dual-Channel/Single-Rank/Four - DIMM 2133
Dual-Channel/Dual-Rank/Two - DIMM 2400
Dual-Channel/Single-Rank/Two - DIMM 2677

Even if you have high clock speed memory modules, I'm afraid you have to lower their clocks a lot in order to be able ti use all of them without issues.

EDIT. Also you should update the BIOS as Supahos said.

Wasn't sure where to post it. My bad.

I've got corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz

You can't operate 4 Dimms at 3000 MHZ. You have to get into the BIOS and lower the clock speed. As you can see from my above post, 4 Memory Dimms can get as low as 1866 MHZ in order to properly work on Ryzen systems. You have to experiment yourself and find the clock speed that works best with your specific board and RAM. Also make sure that you update the BIOS to its latest version before you start experimenting with the RAM clock speed. You can start from the bottom (1866 MHZ) and then go up or the opposite, from the 3000 MHZ and go down from there.

Finally it doesn't hurt if you read some online guides about Ryzen Memory overclocking. You could also find some nice tutorials in YouTube. Good luck.
