Issue: 16GB RAM was being read just fine for a long time. Installed AMD Chipset Drivers on a whim one day then suddenly on the next boot only 8GB was being read as the other 8 was apparently "hardware reserved".
Things I've tried but failed to solve the issue:
Read through a bunch of older forums/reddit threads with the same question and haven't found a solution with any of their advice. Both of my ram sticks are healthy so there's no need to RMA anything I think. I really think this is just a software issue since it was running fine before the AMD Chipset drivers installations (regretting doing that now).
Does anyone have any advice as to what else I can do? Thanks so much if ever.

Things I've tried but failed to solve the issue:
- completely uninstall AMD drivers via AMD Clean up Utility & Microsoft Uninstaller Tool (they're still uninstalled)
- reset CMOS to clear BIOS
- turn off A-XMP
- Used different XMP Profiles
- rearrange RAM to different slots in different orders
- boot with each RAM stick one by one (both booted to Windows stable, and if by themselves, hardware reserve isn't an issue

) - msconfig > Set Maximum Memory (did nothing)
