17" FLAT CRT - Which are the best?

I'm planning of getting a new monitor and the primary reason i'm getting a flat screen 17" crt is becuase of higher refresh rate and good graphics. I've seen a lot of flat screen crt's out there (but not all are perfectly flat, like viewsonic's e70f).

Choices so far:
1. Samsung SyncMaster 765MB
2. LG Flatron F700B
3. Viewsonic E70F+SB Silver on Black

The Philips 107T are good and reliable monitors and have a excellent refresh rate for the $$$.
Check there website.
