17" LCD vs. 19" LCD which is better for watching m

Are there any advantages of a 17" LCD vs. a 19" LCD? I will mainly use my computer to watch instructional swimming videos, movies, the internet and Microsoft Office products. I like Samsung's SyncMaster 970P (19") and SyncMaster 173P (17"). Anything better for this
