172x 12ms Review

It's pretty basic but it's the 1st I've seen that verifies the 12ms panel.

We have no doubt that it has a "12ms" Panel. We doubt that the "12ms" panel actually performs.

I'm waiting for a much more thorough review before I decide to try it. I want to see numbers from test results not just "good for gamers".
