1745 mb video ram out of 2 gb?

i just got a new r9 270x hawk, plugged it in, booted up and i realized that it shows 1745 mb total memory in dx diagnostic tool.
how can i fix that?

i got a z97-k from asus, 1x8 gb kingston stick @ 1600 mhz and 1 i5 4690k

all ram needs to take some space to configure systems and stuff like that, its nothing to worry about really, i mean my phone says 16gb but when you go on storage only 13gb is avaliable
