[SOLVED] 17627 windows 10 Windows Hello for Business provisioning will not be launched.

Tried to install windows 10 Indiser Preview 17627 on top of 17604.
I got this warning message on Event Viewer:

Windows Hello for Business provisioning will not be launched.
Device is AAD joined ( AADJ or DJ++ ): Not Tested
User has logged on with AAD credentials: No
Windows Hello for Business policy is enabled: Not Tested
Local computer meets Windows hello for business hardware requirements: Not Tested
User is not connected to the machine via Remote Desktop: Yes
User certificate for on premise auth policy is enabled: Not Tested
Machine is governed by none policy.

System Type x64-based PC

Installation had to be terminated. Could not pass this authentication bug.

You could just ignore those Event Viewer messages.
Are you connected to a work domain or is the device for personal use?
If you are not connected to a domain then Windows Hello for Business will not work.
You are in the "Skip Ahead" build, which generally has more bugs than the "Fast Ring" build.
If all you getting are "Event Viewer" messages you are very lucky.
One of my laptops does not shutdown or awaken from sleep mode.

I am sorry but I do not use the Hello For Business app. My suggestion was simply for the OP to utilize the knowledge base at an Insiders forum in order to fix his issue.

this is showing how to disable it - I realise that isn't what you are after but it also appears it doesn't work fully on 16299 either. If gpedit works on your version, you can at least see if the settings mentioned are enabled.
