So my friend is selling a GTX 750 ti to me for pretty cheap and I was wondering if my Lenovo H50-55 could handle it with its less than mediocre 180 watt power supply at least that's how much I think it is I am not completely sure.. I just want to be able to play Playerunknown's Battlegrounds on higher settings with higher fps.

As long as it's ATX compliant, it should be OK. It's likely not good quality, so if it were me, I would invest in a newer better quality PSU, but it should be fine. Just make sure your 750Ti doesn't require any additional PCIe connections (However I'm fairly certain it's purely powered through the motherboard).
IMO No.

Nvidia themselves recommend a minimum of 300W for a 750Ti based system. Now these are always over cautious, but you're nearly halving that recommendation. It will be dependent on your other components, but a 180W is often not really intended for a dedicated GPU.

I have a 305 watt power supply for my old Dell dimension e521. It's a 305w H305n-00. Do you think this could be compatible as a power supply for my computer and will it work with the 750 ti?
