$1800 Gaming PC Build help

I am looking to build my own gaming pc. I want my budget to remain under 1800, and needs to include a monitor and a keyboard/mouse. I would like the keyboard to be mechanical and the monitor needs to be 144hz. I would like to stream with it, so I was thinking of using a Ryzen CPU. I have a Asus ROG Laptop. Could I use that to stream and go with an Intel CPU? I would like the theme to be an RGB theme. How does this build look? Also, is overclocking my CPU necessary? I could save a little money going with air cooling and put that money towards a different CPU or maybe led strips or something. Will these parts all work together?
