Can i play on 4k resolution with that pc in far cry 4,bf4 and other hard games at ultra?

And yes can you tell me do i need a 120hz monitor cuz i was looking for 4k 120hz monitor but there is no one at pcpartpicker
I saw that the 120hz one is much better then 60hz

i do not think you can have more then 60HZ right now in 4K resolution
4K at 120Hz (or 8K at 60Hz) will require DisplayPort 1.3 and no gpu card are really able to output 4K 120hz
