1824x1026 30Hz instead of 1920x1080 60Hz

When I boot up my PC it says HDMI 1920x1080 60Hz but when it goes to windows that resolution doesn't fit on my screen so I have to set it to 1824x1026 30 Hz. Is their a solution for this?

Yes.

OK it's probably because the tv over scans and that is how fits it on your screen, I know on My Mits 82" I have to resize it.
