1866 mhz ram running at 1333mhz

Bios lists ram running at 1333mhz, is it safe to run at 1866mhz if i increase it, would i need to also increase the voltage?

Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3

Aftermarket fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
HDD: Seagate1TB (2 of them)
OS: Windows 7

Go into the BIOS , look under DRAM settings and set the XMP profile.

You should enable XMP in UEFI. You bought 1866 MHz RAM I don't see why you shouldn't use it at that frequency.
