19" for $125?

My friend is selling me his 19" LCD monitor for $125. It has a 25ms response time though. Should I buy this? I dont really have all that much cash and this is an incredible deal. Yes I do game with cs and farcry, but will I have such bad ghosting that It will make my experience that much worse? I could buy a 17" monitor for $215 with 8ms response, is that a better deal? Thanks guys.

With your budget why don't you just stick to CRT? I would think you'd get a lot more for your money. You can get a 19" CRT for under $200.

Well how does the LCD Look right now, if he loads up games and stuff? I thought a lot of ghosting was at the older 16ms response drives.
