19" lcd from LG

I am thinking about buying this monitor:

I know the page is in swedigh but the specs should be easy to read anyway. I would like to know if this monitor would be good for gaming as I really want a 19"tft.

I thought I heard somewhere that these large LG monitors that claim 16ms response rates are actually not true. And that they're listing "best case" instead of average response rates. PLEASE someone correct me if this is not true. I'm also looking for a LCD with these specs...if they exist.

Also, all LCD panels these days are TFT. TFT is just a kind of LCD like granite is a kind of rock.
