19" Monitor suggestions

I'm looking for a good all-around multimedia monitor, either 19" CRT or 17" LCD, and was wondering what some of you would suggest? Thanks.

I don't know about the TFT but I've got a 19" Iiyama 454 Vision Master Pro aka HM903DTA. The build quality is great; you get a 4 port USB hub, speakers and can easily run at 1600 x 1400 without any loss in quality.
Its also a lot more compact then other 19" models.

It also depends what you want it for. If your using your computer just for surf the net and typing the odd letter buy a TFT screen. If you watch movies and play games buy the Iiyama.

a 19" inch flat crt will work better for games.

LCD's are stock with 60Hz refresh rate that's why i don't aim for it.

They might fixed at 60HZ but they seem not to flicker as much as CRT.
