Is 19' Samatron Monitor a good choose?

If you mean de 19" <font color=blue>Samtron</font color=blue> they are pretty good for their price. Samtron is the value brand of Samsung (Samtron monitors are generaly equal to the non professional Samsung monitors).
I've bought quite a few 17" for business and I'm quite happy with them. Never tried the 19" though.

I have one 17' samtron and i'm very happy with them. In my work i have a 19' samtron and its great. Now i will trade my home's 17' samtron for a 19' samtron because DVD's and DivX's . In Portugal they are very cheap and the quality its very good, better then other's that are more expensive.

They're pretty good, but if you're looking for a budget monitor, take a look at the KDS ones too.
