Yes it is out.
I've updated 3 of my systems so far.
Zero problems.

Basically, it is a very small update.

I too have updated several machines to 1909 with no issues. It has only been a couple days, but everything seems to work normal in all machines of various flavors, new and old.

Its an error fixing patch, not a feature adding patch,

It took 4 minutes to install on my PC. I was amazed.

Really. The last time I updated my pc(big update) was a long time ago since the one I got right now came updated. 1903 and the previous ones took a while to update?

I am guessing they also fixed cpu usage problems since people were having a lot of them in previous cumulative updates and were still having them( i don't know tho)
