192.168.0.1 is not working

when trying to go to my ip address 192.168.0.1 it says "this page is not working" because of "mediacom-prod.clearaccess.com redirected you too many times". what do i do to fix this?

The best course of action is to call and ask your ISP why. Have you ever moved and not submitted a change of address form? When a business changes things and the local user tries to access the old page... That MIGHT be the case. A firmware upgrade might help but not too sure. Solution
That is the default address of many home routers. Have you tried restarting your router? Do you have access to the Internet in spite of the issue?

Are you attempting to access the router's config/setup via wired or wireless connection?
