My screen has a native resolution of 1360x768, but it has 1980x1080 available.
When I open a game like Overwatch and Try the 1920x1080 it looks worse than 1360x768.
I can't really describe how it looks worse, it's like things aren't as sharp, it's harder to read letters.
It feels worse on the eyes.
Is there any way to Fix this?
I record gameplay for youtube so I need to record at 1920 to get the best resolution, otherwise, I would just use the Native cuz it still looks pretty good

Solution
It's not terribly straightforward, but:

In NVIDIA control panel 3D Settings, enable "DSR - Factors" and choose multiple DSR settings around 1.5x (this won't affect the PC at all, just give you more resolution options in the next section)
Next in GeForce Experience, select Overwatch (or Global for all games), and click the wrench icon.
Select 1920x1080 and click apply
GeForce Experience will now show that as the DSR resolution
Next confirm the resolution in the in-game settings, as Overwatch will now be able to detect it
If you ever need to record the desktop at 1080p, you could also change the desktop resolution to match the DSR resolution.

All fixed-pixel displays look best only at their native resolution. How bad it looks when scaled depends on the quality of the scaler. Downscaling from a higher than native resolution means throwing away pixels by averaging them so it should be blurry, but chances are the GPU can do a better job of it than your display.

Set the game at 1920x1080 and use DSR or VSR to scale it down to 1360x768. This downscaling produces a sort of ordered-grid supersampling that should look better.

So I enable DSR (chose all values? how does that affect the performance of the pc) and then put smoothness at like 20/30
Then I go to the "Change Resolution" section and leave in the native. And then in game, I leave it in 1080?
Does It matter if I have the game in fullscreen or borderless?
Thanks a lot!

Performance is usually best fullscreen, and should be exactly the same as if you had a real 1080p monitor. So for example if you wanted to see if your present card would be good enough for 2560x1440p, you could try it out before buying the monitor.
