What is the minimum entry level GTX card recommended to push this display 1920x1080 that would get 60fps

Here are a few options.

GTX960
R9 280x
R9 285

If you can stretch your budget a tiny bit more you may be able to get a r9 290 around $269.99 on sale or after a rebate. The other cards I listed seem to fall between $200-250. If you want to stay below $200 the r9 280 and the GTX760 are good options for high settings. Some games may even do ultra settings with one of those. 😉

I am getting confused here, there is no budget. Are you telling me that the GTX760 is the entry level card needed for a 1920x1080 or do you mean the gtx960?

A 750ti could do 60fps on those games at 1080p, medium

A 760 / 670 would be beter

Don't bother with a 960

gtx 970 or 980 would be the daddy

The GTX760 would be entry level 1080p for around $180-200, and the GTX960 will give you very good 1080p performance for $220-240.
