[SOLVED] 1920x1080 Native 75HZ vs 1920x1080 UHD 60HZ ?

Can someone explain me this option ? i can't seem to find anything about it on google, why does the 60HZ have a UHD option but the 75HZ does not only native.

P.S: i did read that the 1080P (UHD) option gives better quality image, not sure if it's true, i mainly use my PC for games and streaming.
 
Solution
That is all based off the monitor. Your monitor doesn’t support anything higher then 60FPS (60HZ) in ultra High Definition. 75HZ (75 FPS) will be more towards gaming. Truth is, you won’t notice a difference between the two, so I’d select 75HZ and leave it there. Unless you want to watch a video that’s available in UHD, then change it to 60HZ UHD.
