1920x1080 resolution download

Hello, i have my computer hooked up to a vizio 32 inch tv and my screen resolution only goes up to 1367x768 how do i get it to be 1920x1080? its not an option do i have to download a program or something?

Are you using a 15 pin VGA cable? If so, you should try a DVI or HDMI cable depending on what your video card and TV support, you may need to get DVI to HDMI adapters but that should be it.

Looks like the highest resolution your TV supports is 1367x768. Without knowing the exact model number of the TV it's hard to confirm this. Can you supply the TV Model No.?

If your TV only supports a maximum resolution of 1367x768 you will not be able to go higher than this without buying a new TV that is capable of displaying 'Full HD 1080'
1920x1080.

This would then need to be connected to your PC via DVI or HDMI

You can't get 1080P HD with a 720P HD tv.
