Which is good 4gb ddr3 or 1 gb ddr3

GDDR5 is double the speed of DDR3 so I would say in almost all cases the 1gb of GDDR5 is the best option.

dont be blinded with the amount of gpu ram, even if they slap 8gb in there it wont mean anything if the card is slow. it's like having a bus with a motorcycle engine
