1gig DDR single channel or 1.5gig dual ?

Am I better off running 1 gig of ddr pc3200 ram in dual channel or 1.5 gig in single channel?

That really depends on your needs. If you keep hitting that barrier where windows needs to make heavy use of the pagefile, then 512 MB of extra lightning fast RAM will do you much good.

For simple office use, you won't even feel the difference between single and dual. Depending on your motherboard, you might end up with a flex solution (intel.com can tell you about single, dual and flex).
