Question 1ms 144hz 1080/1440 or 4ms 240hz 1080/1440 with G-Sync?

Hi. Like ai mentioned in the title, which one?
I have RTX 2080, 3700x, x570 Aorus Master, 32 GB RAM 3200 mhz
I have for the moment 75hz 24 monitor and i would like to upgrade with 2-3 monitors (because i am trader)
What do you recommand? I would like to play everything with max fps’s , also Im thinking on VA or TN panel ..
