1ms 60 Hz vs 2ms 75hz Freesync

Im looking for a gaming monitor for 120 usd, and I've found two options: this asus monitor (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FXOTJAA/ref=twister_B01DNA441E?th=1) which is 1ms 60Hz, and this ViewSonic monitor (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018MYT3YO/ref=twister_B01N2GA9I9?_encoding=UTF8&th=1) which is 2ms, 75Hz and has Freesync. They're both 120 USD, and both 1080p, and I would love to know which one would be better.

You cant see or feel a difference between 1ms or 2ms, but 75hz over 60hz makes the image much more smoother. Plus freesync, which is helping in reducng tearing and input lag.

although i don't like going higher then 4ms, 2 ms won't create screen tearing so get the 75hz monitor
