1ms TN 60hz vs 5ms IPS 60hz monitor

Currently looking at two monitors one is 5ms IPS 60hz and other one is 1ms TN 60hz. Is there going to be a difference when playing team fortress 2 ?? Both monitors are 1920x1080 resoloution.

What are the monitors in question? Generally I would prefer the IPS, 5ms is still very good a 4ms difference is not enough to justify the poor viewing angles and inaccurate colors of a TN panel in my opinion especially a cheap one.

AOC I2369VM is the IPS one and the TN one is AOC E2476VWM6

Your eye will not be able to tell the difference. Go with IPS.
