Straight to the point.
My scenario: I play games like CS:GO (I play it kinda seriously and a bit competitive but nothing unusual), GTA, Witcher, etc (yeah CSGO's the only competitive game I play), and I edit videos (no hardcore movie editing, just light and normal csgo editing and montages and fragmovies). I like to watch youtube videos and movies but I don't mind image quality too much.
Now my question is, is a 3ms diff noticable in competitive gameplay (like in CS:GO)?
(Answer that sole question first before relating it to the benefits of IPS, because that's a different question)
