Can you please tell what is the difference between these two RAM specification: 1Rx8 DDR3 RAM and 2Rx8 DDR3 ram?
Which type of ram will perform better for gaming?

Both are the same. The 1Rx8 means it has the memory chips on one side whereas the 2Rx8 has them on both side.
