Hi guys,

I have a month old build. This would be my first AMD build. Weirdly has long boot at Windows welcome with my "username". Why does take so long to boot? Boots slower than my 5-year-old intel build! Anyone experiencing this? Anything I should do? I have reimaged just 2 days ago.
Specs:
BIOS version 1405

- Disable CSM

CPU =3600x,
Mobo = ROG Strix X570-I Gaming
gpu= Gigabyte 5700xt OC
m.2= 960 Evo
ram = G.Skill Trident Z Neo (For AMD Ryzen) Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin RGB DDR4 3600MHz PC4-28800 Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C16D-16GTZNC

2/22/2020: I still get an occasional slow boot during welcome windows message and occasional freeze that I have to reboot my system.

Recently updated chipset drivers

2/28/2020:
Still having, random slow boot to windows welcome screen.
Post boot is fast.
Still getting freezes randomly with updated Graphics , chipset and update to date x570 drivers

Solution
Try typing msconfig in a Run box and when the form shows up, click the BOOT.INI tab.

Check that the all the cores are in use and the RAM is up to the maximum. Restart and see if that improves things.
