1st build noob, 600-800

I want to build my first computer. I know nothing about building a computer or what to get so I need some help finding parts to use. I have a HP Pavilion Elite e9105z that can't handle playing high quality movies and surfing the web with multiple tabs. I was originally planning on rebuilding that after first seeing budget builds on maximumpc.com using older cases. But seeing how the cases are relatively cheap, I'd rather completely build something new. I use my 37" tv as my monitor, I don't know if that is of relevance or not but I'd like an HDMI port. I was looking at the Best Configs:Home Theater PC but I want more out of my computer than just home theater. I occasionally use Photoshop, I don't know if that makes a difference or not either. I'd like a SSD internal hd. I probably wont be doing this for a few weeks as I am getting a new car next week so time is not of the essence.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: surfing the internet, watching movies,

You get a solid build that will run all the things you wanted just fine. Since you are just running movies on this the 5450 will do just fine, the FX-8320 will give you enough multi-threading for a low price and it'll perform great. If you need more juice it can still overclock.

Get the cheapest 2*4gb RAM you can get from a good brand..the 64GB SSD will be enough for your needs..the 6670 is a fanless silent version..you can get any good case according to your preference..

Well you can easily swap the standard DVD drive for a Blu-ray drive, so yes. Amazon sells all these parts yes.

SLI is more than 2-4 nvidia video cards working together, usually giving more performance than a single card. Crossfire is similar but with AMD cards.
