1st build not turning on

I already looked through the list. Btw, i3 7100, Corsair Vengeance LPX 1x8gb 2400 MHz , Gigabyte h110m-a, Adata 128Gb SSD (With extra 1tb external hdd), EVGA gtx 1050 sc, deepcool tesseract sw, and rosewill arc m550

That's likely the culprit there. Would need a BIOS update to support KabyLake and, while some of the H170, Z170 and B150 boards were starting to be shipped with updated BIOS revisions, I haven't heard the same about the H110's.

It says that because its socket compatible. Still needs a BIOS update. That board was likely manufactured before KabyLake was even announced, let alone launched.

It also says
Please refer "CPU Support List" for more information

Then anything KabyLake since BIOS revision F20.

The board would've shipped with F1 in all likelihood - not supporting KabyLake "out of the box".

That pic is just saying there's no video input - not that's it's looking for a VGA connection.

What's f1? Also, to update the bios I can go to Ncix or something and ask them to update the bios with a skylake chip, right? And why would there be no video connection, does displayport not work or something?

F1 is the BIOS revision #1 (essentially). The stock BIOs is would ship with.
That might be an option - not sure if NCIX would offer the service, but smaller stores definitely would - for a fee of course.

There's no display as the system won't post without the BIOS update, therefore won't allow video output?

So I need to find somewhere to update the bios or it won't work?

Correct.

Alternatively, you can buy the cheapest Skylake CPU (the Pentium G3900 for $40) and update the BIOS yourself.

Realistically, anywhere that will update the BIOS for you is likely to charge $20+ for their time.
At least in buying the G3900 you could probably sell it and recoup $25-$30, making your outlay for a BIOS update a little less.
