[SOLVED] 1st Build, Won't Power on anymore

Took me a while to find how to power on without case, booted into uefi bios and mouse stopped working almost immediately keyboard is cycling through options incredibly fast. I cut the power, now no rgb on ram or power on board aside from a led flash by io. Any ideas? This is the 1st PC I've built. Parts in link above.

Yeah, but now I can't even turn on.

Wild guess - it may be a faulty MB.

Try booting without any drives connected to see if you can get into the BIOS.
Try booting with your video card mounted in the 2nd x16 slot.

Issue was CPU bracket
