pc spec:-
1)core i3 overclocked to 3.8ghz from 3.2ghz
2) 2gb ddr3 ram 1333mhz [But upgrading another 4gb or 8Gb } Total 6Gb or 8gb
3) PSU -500W
4) have pci-e X16 Slot{but 2.0 i think becoz its old motherboard}
5) motherboard is Gigabye H55M-S2?

My ques is:-

1)can my cpu can suppot zotac 750ti 2gb ddr5 graphics card?
2)i know its budget 1080p graphics card but i want to play on 1360*768 resolution,so it will run on high to ultra settings?Or Not?medium also OK?

Yes it can support the 750 Ti but I recommend getting an R7 370 instead as it performs significantly better at usually the same price.

bro thats too costly ,my budget is strictly 10k,and another it will be not fitted on my cabinet

Well if you can't afford the R7 370, fair enough, get the 750 Ti instead, it will work fine.

Yeah a first gen i3 is pretty weak and not enough for modern triple-A games, but lighter games are fine.

but u can run some modern games like batllefield 4 ande crysis 3?

Yeah shooters and RPGs like Witcher 3 should be fine as they are not very CPU intensive.
