1st gen core i5 vs G4400 PC?

Hello, I and my friend were looking to buy a new PC for our office, and I looked at Amazon.in for deals.

The thing is that an old core i5 650 Prebuilt PC:

MSI H110m Pro-VD: 5650
corsair 8GB LPX 2400MHz DDR4: 2889
1 TB WD Blue: 3999
Corsair VS 450: 3000
Local case (Good quality, black interior + 2 fans): 1200
total: 21728

This PC would be used for Movies, Storage, Netflix, Online games, etc.
I am inching towards the G4400 build, but please let me know which one is appropriate.

What specific games are we talking about? A CPU with only two threads is largely insufficient for modern AAA games.

Online games could be anything. DOTA 2, CS:GO and GTA V are all online games but their hardware requirements are very different.

Oh no, Online games meant just some Angry birds,or some other simple stuff someone might want to play sometime.
