Fan headers and case fans are going to work just fine, as long as there are enough of them. There is a slight chance your motherboard will not be compatible with your cpu though. If I were you, I would save up a bit for a b450 board, it is guaranteed to work, offers more features and will allow you to overclock your ryzen.

I've heard about 3 pin fans into 4 pin headers cannot change speeds. Also is there a reason the motherboard will not support the cpu?
Also where can I save money on parts without affecting performance e.g. ram

Nowadays most fans change speeds automatically, so it's not something you have to worry about imo. The motherboard might not work because it was made for older gen Ryzens (1xxx series) and does not support new gen without a bios update.

Thats good to know, I have replaced the motherboard with a b450 so fan speeds should be fine - will my ram clock to 3000 Mhz on the motherboard without issue and do I need a fan splitter or does the b450 motherboard have enough fan headers?

A little bit nicer in every way

That PSU isn't considered high quality, nor would I recommend a Kingston drive. The MB issues have been explained, and seemingly resolved already. If you are looking to game, I would change that system up to a ryzen 3, and get a better GPU. What is your system budget?

No need for extra case fans, if you get a case that already has them.

I would like to get as much processing power as possible while still having a decent gpu for light esports gaming such as League of Legends. By saving £50 by getting a 1050 instead of a Ti I can get a Ryzen 2600.

Looks good but why go with a USB antenna, when you can get a Wi-FI card for pretty much the same price. Everything else looks very good. Good luck

Sorry to be a pain but I've had a change of mind about the gpu and cpu. I don't plan on building a new pc for a while so I want to be able to play newer games in a few years time with decent settings.

I'm assuming this motherboard will be fine for the locked i3 8100 but I don't know if the memory will clock to 3000 Mhz since intel does not officially support it.

Your motherboard will support up to 2666mhz, anything higher is a waste of money.

Oh ok thats unfortunate but not too much of an issue since this is the cheapest ram I can find that can match the highest supported clock speed.

Is there anything else that would be helpful before I start orderig parts? Thanks

Everything else seems fine, I think you're good to go :)
