So either im missing something or idk but i searched Google and didn't find anything. Here is my question. If im using a mobo without onboard graphics how do i install the drivers for the GPU without having a screen to see what im doing? Or are video cards more plug and play and then you install the drivers?

Solution
Windows loads generic VGA drivers to get a picture. After the main install of the OS, then you install the specific drivers for your needs. It isn't a big deal.

What are you thinking of buying?

All graphics cards will operate in a basic low resolution mode without drivers.

That is why you can see the bios screen when an OS is not even running.

After the OS has been installed, you can download the appropriate drivers, either for your onboard graphics, or for your discrete card.
That is what will give you the full resolution on your monitor.

I no this is unrelated but i asked a question and no one answered. Why do some motherboards have 4 ram slots and why do some have 6. Also how come some which have 4 can have a bigger capacity than ones with 6
