Also is there any other materials i will need because some people have told me to buy anti-static gloves as well as some sort of thermal compound glue?

i would get at least a 650 watt psu for it.

500 watt will work but 650 is better anyways

Honestly since you are building a very, very good mid range PC I would not cheap out on anything. I built a lower mid range type of machine and I am so happy I didn't skimp on parts like the PSU and the motherboard. You could possibly find a cheaper 250GB SSD, but Samsung is a top 3 SSD manufacturer. I would just bite the bullet and keep the build you have. It will be very hard to find a game that you couldn't handle at 1080p, pretty much impossible. Great job switching out that PSU as well.

They are about equal but the Gaming 5 will have more gaming "gimmicks". In terms of build quality my list is as follows.

4. ASRock
3. MSI
2. Gigabyte
1. Asus

To be more upfront with you I would Pick an Asus board over MSI every time. Plus MSI has bad QC and RMA
