1st time builder, need opinions

Hey, I'm just about to order my new parts after spending a few months going back and forward on which parts to put into my gaming rig. Please let me know what you think. I want to keep the budget as close to the parts lists on the attachment below, but I welcome any recommendations.

Since I am a first time builder, any advice/tips would be most welcome.

Sweet build. Only think is I'd tune down the memory to maybe 1866 and use the savings to but a 1TB HDD. You may need a little more storage in that build.

Good parts, hope you have a fun time building and playing with it.

Motherboard is overkill. I would save money there.

Get a 250gb SSD and a 1tb HDD.

The CPU cooler will be outperformed by cheaper air coolers.

Get 8gb RAM, not 16gb.
