I recently built my pc and placed the nvme ssd into the m.2 cpu slot right above the gpu slot. I also upgraded to the latest bios version which is F6d and have also tried the previous versions, however, when I try to install windows the ssd doesn't pop up. Anyone have any clue how to fix this?

test it on all 4 m.2 slot
Yep, tried another slot and it worked, however I have heard it's generally recommended to use the m.2 CPU slot for the fastest speed possible, should I maybe wait a few months to a year to see if they fix this issue in the future with a new bios update then move the SSD to the m.2 cpu slot?

Saw this question and decided to make an account to help out as I faced the same issue with one of my recent builds. Lots of people say to flash the bios to f4 or f6, but all you have to do is disable VDM in the bios. It should be under I/O somewhere.
